Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and exceptional customer service.

  • Property Sales: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiating and closing deals.

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about the latest market trends, property values, and industry developments to offer clients up-to-date information.

  • Networking: Actively network with potential clients and industry professionals to generate leads and expand your client base.

  • Open Homes & Property Inspections: Organize and conduct property inspections and open homes.

  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and market activity.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of Sydney’s real estate market is an advantage.

  • Valid NSW Real Estate Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
