Role Overview:

As a Real Estate Sales Manager at Cubecorp, you will be a key player in driving the success of our sales team. You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of sales consultants, ensuring they achieve their individual and team sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of real estate sales consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share.

  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback, coaching, and training as needed.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and industry stakeholders.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for growth.

  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the senior management team.

  • Recruitment: Play a key role in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales consultants, ensuring we attract top talent to the team.
